Every ShrijiCrafts piece is handcrafted in India and shipped to you from there. This page explains how delivery works, what it costs and what to expect at customs.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 2–9 working days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — public holidays, carrier delays, remote destinations and customs clearance can add time.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charges for your order are calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.
Tracking
International orders ship with tracking. If you need help locating your parcel, contact us with your order number.
Customs, duties and taxes
- You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, tariffs and customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in the product price or shipping charges and are collected by the carrier or your local customs authority.
- Delays caused by customs (inspections, paperwork requests or unpaid duties) are outside our control, and we are not responsible for them. Please respond promptly to any request from the carrier or customs so your parcel isn't held.
- Customs rules differ by country — check your local regulations before ordering if you are unsure.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully at checkout. If something needs to change, contact us as soon as possible — we can only update an order before it has been dispatched.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives with a defect, please see our Returns Policy and contact us within the time limit stated there.
