Returns Policy

Each ShrijiCrafts piece is handcrafted and checked before it leaves our workshop. If something isn't right because of a manufacturing defect, we want to hear about it.

When returns are accepted

  • Returns are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

When returns are not accepted

  • Change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Damage caused after delivery, for example by misuse or improper care.

How to request a return

Within 7 days of delivery, email info@shrijicrafts.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A short description of the defect.
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect.

Please don't send anything back before we reply — we'll review your request and get back to you with the next steps.

Customs duties

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the customer's responsibility — see our Shipping Policy.
