Open the affiliate portal and type your email. We send a short code to enter (valid 10 minutes). Then choose your link name and your discount code.

Wait for approval
Our team approves every new affiliate. Once you are approved, your code goes live and your sales start to count.

Copy your link and code from your dashboard. Post them on Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, or anywhere your people hang out.

You get both. Either one earns you commission. The difference is what your buyer gets.

Think of it as your own private doorway to the shop. The last part is the name you picked at signup — your slug.

Your discount code

A short code your followers can use to save money. You earn commission on every order that uses it.

HANNAH5

The usual deal is 5% off for your buyer and 5% commission for you. Our team may change it when they approve your account.

Codes use capital letters and numbers only, 3 to 20 characters.
Capitals do not matter: hannah5 and HANNAH5 work exactly the same.
One code per order — a second code replaces the first.
If your deal ends your code pauses; pick a new deal and it works again (keep the same code if you like).
If you regenerate your code, the old one stops right away — update your bio, posts and video descriptions.

What if a buyer arrives on your link but uses a different code?

The code decides. Code always wins over link.

A buyer clicks your link
Your link is remembered on their device for 30 days.

At checkout they type another code
If that code belongs to another affiliate, it replaces your link credit.

Only one affiliate is credited per order, and the code is the final word.

How much you earn

Your commission rate, applied to what the products cost after any discount. It is always shown in your dashboard.

Worked example

Only your code used, 5% deal.

Products in the order: $1,000.00
Code applied (-5%): -$50.00
Counts toward commission: $950.00
Your commission (5%): $47.50

Good to know

Commission is your rate applied to the products after any discount. Shipping and taxes are never counted.
With only your link (no discount), the products' full price counts.
Your rate is locked in: each sale keeps the rate it had that day.
Orders placed with your own signup email earn nothing — use a different email to shop for yourself.
Approved accounts only: a paused or suspended account does not earn.

The order ships
A 30-day clock starts. This keeps things fair if a buyer returns something.
Step 3APPROVED
30 days pass, no refund
It joins your payable balance. Now you can claim it.
Step 4PAID
You claim, we pay
Our team sends your payout. It is done.

Cancelled or refunded? The commission is taken back and shows as Reversed. If we already paid it out, our team looks at it separately.

Getting paid

Once you have an approved balance, claiming takes a minute

Choose your currency: INR or USD. If you earned from both Indian and international orders we convert using our exchange rate — you see it before you claim.

Choose how you want it: a Shrijicrafts gift card for your balance, or cash that our team sends and records.

Cash

Our team sends a transfer and records it against your account.

The final amount is worked out when we pay you, so it can move a little if the exchange rate changes. You can have one open claim per currency at a time, and every payout lists the orders it covered.

Did not earn on an order?

Almost every case is one of these six

My buyer used my link, but I earned nothing

Why: They typed someone else's code at checkout, and code beats link.

Fix: Nothing to fix. Share your own code next time.

The buyer was me

Why: Orders with your own signup email earn nothing.

Fix: Use a different email when you shop for yourself.

My buyer typed a code and nothing happened

Why: The code may have a typo, or it does not exist.

Fix: Ask them to copy it exactly from your post or dashboard.

My code is not working

Why: Your deal may have ended.

Fix: Open your dashboard and pick a new deal. Your link keeps working in the meantime.

My commission is stuck on Pending

Why: The order has to ship first, then 30 days pass.

Fix: Wait. It turns Approved by itself — the order note in your dashboard shows the date.

A commission disappeared

Why: The order was cancelled or refunded.

Fix: This is normal. A refund takes its commission back.

Little glossary

Words we use

Slug: The personal word in your link, after /r/.
Code: Your discount code, like HANNAH5.
Deal: Your discount % and commission % together. The usual deal is 5% and 5%.
Credit: Which affiliate an order is counted for.
Pending: Recorded, but not ready to claim yet.
Approved: Passed the shipping and 30-day wait. Ready to claim.
Reversed: Taken back because of a cancel or refund.
Payable balance: All your Approved commission, ready to claim.

Frequently asked questions

How much commission does the ShrijiCrafts affiliate program pay?

The usual deal is 5% commission for you and 5% off for your buyer. Commission is calculated on the products after any discount, excluding shipping and taxes. Deals are set by our team and shown in your dashboard.

Is it free to join?

Yes. Joining is free, and there is no minimum follower count. You need an email address to sign in — we send a short verification code.

How does the referral link work?

Your link looks like shrijicrafts.com/r/yourname. When a buyer clicks it, we remember you on their device for 30 days, and every new click restarts the 30 days. Buyers pay full price — they never see a message about you. Add any page after your name, like /r/yourname/shop, to send people straight there.

How does the discount code work?

Your code is a short combination of letters and numbers, for example HANNAH5. A buyer can type it in the discount box at checkout, or arrive through a link ending in ?coupon=hannah5. They get 5% off and you get the commission. Capitals do not matter, and only one code applies per order.

What happens if a buyer uses someone else's code with my link?

The code always wins over the link. Only the affiliate whose code was used at checkout earns the commission. To get the best of both, share your link and code together: shrijicrafts.com/r/yourname?coupon=yourcode.

When and how do I get paid?

A commission is Pending until the order ships, then it waits 30 days for returns before becoming Approved. Once you have an approved balance you can claim a payout from your dashboard in INR or USD, as a Shrijicrafts gift card or as cash. You can have one open claim per currency at a time, and every payout lists the orders it covered.

Do my links work on both the India and Global stores?

Yes. Our shop lives at shrijicrafts.com and shrijicrafts.in. Buyers land on the one for their country, and your link works on both.

Why did my commission disappear?

If an order is cancelled or refunded, its commission is taken back and shows as Reversed. If the payout was already sent, our team reviews it separately.
