❌ Order Cancellation

• Before Shipping:
  You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped. Please email or call us with your order details for a prompt cancellation and full refund.
• After Shipping:
  Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may refer to our return policy if the product is damaged or defective.

💸 Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products
  If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photos and your order details to info@shrijicrafts.com.
• Refund Process
  Once approved, we will initiate the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Return Shipping
  Return shipping costs (for damaged or wrong items) will be borne by ShrijiCrafts. In all other cases, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
